ABOUT US:
Esquire Concierge, LLC is a personal assistant and errand service designed to make your life more manageable. Rather than spending your time on busywork and errands, call us to do them for you. By freeing yourself from the chores of daily life, you can now spend your time doing the things that are most important to you and that you enjoy. We are all highly qualified, and look forward to establishing a professional relationship with you.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) When you need something done for you, simply call 732.658.1056 between 10am and 7pm.
(You will also soon be able to request services online.)
2) To ensure quality customer service, we request 24-hour notice. However, we also provide our services without advanced notice at a higher rate.
3) We simply charge a reasonable flat hourly fee, which is the same no matter the job. Esquire Concierge has no confusing price chart, so you always know in advance what you will be charged. The fee also includes all travel costs and expenses incurred by your personal assistant (except for tolls and items/services purchased for you). Also, we will arrange prices with you for extended jobs (ie: if you are going out of town for the season).
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?
No. Anyone can enjoy our services at any time.
WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MEMBER?
Unless you are a member, you must pay for the estimated cost of services before your concierge begins the work. After completion of the job, non-members will then either be charged or refunded the difference.
Esquire Concierge is always looking for more ways to improve the benefits to our members. You will soon see some new benefits, such as free e-mail accounts, discounts on other services, access to Esquire Concierge Connection (our cellular phone service), and of course, some free hours and specials from time to time. Members also receive referral benefits.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
All it takes to become a member is to:
1) ask us to establish an account for you;
2) pay the one-time setup fee of $29;
3) add funds to your account.
Once you are a member, you simply use your personal assistant as much as you like. We will try to provide the same concierge that you have established a professional relationship with, but it is possible that another of our concierges may fill in from time to time. AFTER the work has been completed, we will deduct the proper amount for your assistant's time from your account (you will know how much time is being deducted). When your account runs low, we will automatically recharge it for you using the credit or debit card that is on file. (Esquire does not deduct time for internal billing and accounting processes.)
WHO CAN I EXPECT TO HAVE AS MY CONCIERGE?
We take professionalism seriously, and believe in providing the highest level of service. Any person with whom you speak will be able to help you, whether over the phone, internet, or in person. Everyone at Esquire is well-educated, trained, and has undergone strict background investigations. Additionally, everyone at Esquire has received a college or graduate/doctorate degree. Esquire also employs random drug testing of all of its employees.
WHAT CAN ESQUIRE CONCIERGE DO FOR ME?
You tell us. We can do virtually anything that you may need done. We invite your creativity in finding new ways for us to help. Just think of us as your extra hands.
